    there's probably a catch
NEVER:
  • Send money before you've seen the item

Well known classified scams:
  • Cheap overseas phones (iPhones etc.)
  • Cheap laptops (MacBooks etc.)
  • Cheap loans (overseas)
  • Get rich programs
  • Advance funds fraud
  • Puppy scams

In Memoriam 

It is with great sadness  It is with great sadness that  we announce the passing  of our mother and sister  Josephine Muff (nee Jack)  on June 23, 2024.  Josephine was a voracious  reader, loved cooking for her  children and grandchildren  and let’s not forget her love  of bingo. She was a soft  spoken woman that touched  many lives throughout her 84 years.  She is survived by her daughters Toni Welch  (Craig), Jackie Davis (Ashley) and Caroline  Derkatch; siblings George Esquiro, Bernie  Taylor (Norm), Tom Esquiro, Jennie Jack;  grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.  The procession to take Jo home will be leaving  Heritage North at 2pm on Friday July 5th. If  you would like to join us please meet there or  join at any point, whether for the entire trip  or a portion of. The service will be in Atlin,  BC on Saturday, July 6th at 1pm followed by a  traditional potlatch. Signs will be placed with  directions to the Atlin Airport and the bright red  hangar.
 
Janice <br>Ayre Jackson <br>Jani <br>(nee  Janice  Ayre Jackson  Jani  (nee Morin)  of Wh  Whitehorse, Yukon  passed  away on  pa  June 23rd 2024 at  Whitehorse  General  Wh  Hospital.  S H E WA S B O R N O N M AY 2 3 R D 1 9 4 8 ,  TO JACK AND BETTE MORIN IN  N O R T H B AY, O N T A R I O    Janice was raised in Deep River, Ontario and graduated in 1969 from Hamilton Civic Hospitals School of Nursing.  Janic  Janice moved to the Yukon to work as a nurse in Faro. She met her future husband Rick at a dance in the early  seventies. They moved to Whitehorse and were married on one of the coldest days in December 1977.  Janice and Rick had three daughters who she stayed home with and raised, rejoining the workforce as a salesclerk  at a few local businesses once they started school.  Over the years Janice enjoyed square dancing, camping, fishing, travelling to visit family and friends around the  country, attending events at the local museum, and playing cards.  Janice leaves behind her loving husband of 47 years Rick Jackson, daughters Lisa (Jayson), Carrie (Dan),  and Aline (Todd), brothers John (Barb) and Chris, and much loved grandchildren Alexis, Abby, Emma, and Logan.  Janice is predeceased by her parents, Jack and Bette, and her brother Gerry.  The family would like to thank Dr. Lambert, Dr Avery, and the many nurses that helped care for her in her final days.  Rick and the girls would also like to thank all the friends and family for their support during this difficult time.  A Celebration of Life will be planned for next year.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada
